Cost of this online experience is $1500 USD and covers the Guide training, snacks, and lunch for each day. (Does not include accommodations, airfare, and dinner).

Additional details and resources will be sent to participants upon registration and again 48-72 hours before the event, via the email provided during registration.

Guide Training: The Way, The Flow, and the Toolkit

Dave shares the signature secret sauce of what and how he does his work in the marketplace.

We don't just talk about spirituality and work, we look at how it's actually done. We go over the language, the analogies, the frameworks and tools of consulting others so that you can begin to have confidence that you can do this, too!

Going through the Guide Training means you can partner with X formally, run your own LIVE! experiences, and launch your own Haven.

The Guide Training equips you to use the signature FLOW process, how to activate the X way (the OS), identify the unique X Toolkit and shift the culture in your everyday life especially as it relates to your work in the public square.

LIVE! focuses on a personal and relational action plan. Guide concentrates on how you can embed the X way into your life work either formally or informally.

LIVE! and X experiences are powerful tools for living. Many of our participants adopted these trainings, not only for themselves but for others.

LIVE!, our signature program, can be embedded in any social community and work environment. Whether it's a family, a formal organization, or informal network one will learn through the Guide training how to develop others and lead others through this powerful experience.

Q: Is this just for leaders?
A: No, it’s for anyone trying to get clarity and direction about life.

Q: Is it religious?
A: It’s not religious but it’s spiritual. We lean into the principles of Jesus but don’t impose it upon anyone. Buddhists, Muslims, Agnostics and many others have been impacted by this without offense as everyone respects the teachings of Jesus.

Q: Can I break up the days and take them at different times?
A: No it’s designed around this flow of focus.

Q: Are scholarships or discounts available?
A: Sometimes. There are donors that believe in this and want to help others. And we have a heart for non-profit leaders who find it difficult to get this type of customized development so don’t be afraid to ask. Sometimes companies or your organization will help as well.

Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. It is a customized, proven process that takes a deep dive into who you are, your past, family of origins, challenges and pain. You will take a good look at who you are. Many experience a profound breakthrough that is life changing.
